I’ve spent my career figuring out how DTC brands can speak to customers digitally with creative and have managed $100M+ in spend profitably as a result. Obsessed with data, hacking growth and cycling (the 4 months of the year Canada gives you!).

I'm a digital marketer with 10 years of experience, mostly in video content and entertainment. A jack of all trades, I've helped startups grow and have spearheaded projects resulting in brands hitting 400x their conversion goals. Lover of internet culture, podcasts, trivia, and beach vacations.

Positive and curious, I’m always searching for my newest adventure. I’m a huge sports enthusiast whether it’s watching or playing. The branding of sports is what drove me to the marketing industry, where I continue to investigate "why" and "how" we can grasp the engagement of human minds!

Born into small town life, now residing in Canada’s capital as a dog mom of 1 and plant mom of (too) many. Huge foodie, gardener, bookworm, and traveler. A photographer turned advertiser, always with a passion for the creative side of things.

Obsession for content creation and ECommerce and glad that I landed in this industry. I’ve been able to drive millions of views to my personal pages and business pages I’ve created which piqued my interest in ECommerce and the impact creatives have on performance. Apart from this, I’m big on tech products, cameras, and sports.

Born and raised in Northern Ontario, I’m a small town girl at heart. Mom to many fuzzy creatures, I love all things outdoors and spending time with my family. On my days off, you can find me outside with my Newfie Shaw, and being a full-time caretaker for my father. I have a long background in social media management, increasing followership for brands by over 200%+.

Started from the bottom (teen selling digital banners for blogs) and now here. Over 15 years as a visual designer, now a Growth Designer creating ads that drive conversion. Brazilian heart, global soul, foodie mind. Loves travel, concerts, Notion, making lists, movies, and dreams of living in Pinterest.

I've worked nine years as a video maker, but my focus shifted towards editing creatives. I'm inspired to approach every day with an open heart and mind. In the journey of life, it's often the mysterious threads that add the most to our experiences. Also I'm into random conversations, cultural and nerdy stuff. Let's create!

Originally from a small town in Brazil, I’ve been immersed in communication and advertising design since 2014. Graphic design opened doors for me, leading to opportunities that changed my life. Proud cat mom to Brigitte, I’m also an avid reader and horror movie enthusiast.

Born in Curitiba but now living in Brazil's Northeast, I began my journey in Graphic Design in 2015. I had the opportunity to work with major Brazilian brands and personalities, achieving significant milestones such as launching a project on one of the biggest TV shows in Brazil.

After 8 years in finance, I made the bold decision to transition into the creative industry, and it's been an exciting journey ever since! Now, as the Creative Assistant at Growth Collective, I handle admin work, social media, and video editing with a passion for content creation.
